We booked an appointment at 7am this morning to service a chronically running shower faucet. We were advised of our window of the technician's arrival later this afternoon (which the technician honored) as well as being notified when the technician was ...on the way. The technician Cody was professional, polite, and communicated his diagnosis and plan for repair clearly therefore setting our expectations for what his repair would be and the cost.
